I'm a big fan of stories that take place in Ireland, and this author really nailed the dialogue so well that I could actually hear the Irish lilt that I love so much. Yes, the characters are great and most readers will fall in love with the O'Rifcan family. . .I did. However, the story itself was such a let down. It was 365 pages that slowly led up to almost nothing.This book is supposed to be Claron and Rhea's story, but it abruptly ends with just a hint or an assumption that they will be together. Too dull to even call this a cliffhanger ending, and it's necessary to purchase the next book to see where their relationship goes. Although this is kind of sweet, it's a bit too slow for me to continue with this series.Disappointed because there's no actual ending. 😴😤
